Coonawarra
5 hours drive, south east of Adelaide, is the famous Coonawarra, and its highly celebrated cabernet sauvignon.

The limestone coast and farming lands along this region, provide visitors to the region, world beating red wines, quality beef and seafood delicacies.

Cellar doors, roadside stalls and farmgate sales give visitors the opportunity to sample some of the finest produce and wine tastes in the world. Representing over 20% of South Australia’s wine growing region, this area including Coonawarra has over 14,000 hectares of grape growing in this fertile soils.

With such a variety on offer in this region, you will need time to relax with a world class red wine, and local seafood or beef steaks to take it all in, at one of the 35 quality restaurants in the region.
