Up the "top end" of NT, is a wonderful park, , once and old station where the author of the book "we of the never never" lived. It has many walking trails, canoeing, fishing, swimming and even relaxing thermal pools. Camping is located 18km east of Mataranka. It has a solar hot water system. Bring firewood.

This world heritage National Park is one of the most famous holiday destinations in Australia. With it's vast wealth of Aboriginal heritage, its protected wildlife and waterways, forests and even fishing in some places, Kakadu National Park is and excellent adventure. It is located on the Gunlom Hwy. Bring own firewood. Check road conditions.

A National Park of spectacular scenery, like Katherine Gorge, with many walking trails and swimming areas. Camping in the Nitmiluk Gorge has excellent facilities. The nearby park - Elsey National Park , has a unique thermal pool to relax your self after long walks. Boat tours are available. Access off the Stuart Hwy. Bring own firewood. Permits required

Ever wanted to see a Red Cabbage Palm, well here is the place. Spectacular palms, gorges and high red cliffs make this a great place to set up your camp, There are cool waterholes to swim in and shady red gums to relax under. Access is by 4WD only as the roads are very sandy. Bring own firewood

This beautiful Park is in the Red Centre region and boast some of the best big red gorges, deep waterholes and a magificent range of wildlife. Rainforest flora, ghost gums and excellent walking trails. There is many activities to enjoy, including swimming, cycling and walking. Access is off Namatjira Drive. Bring your own firewood and drinking water.
